Zlatan Pošip 0.75l / Makarska/ New wine from Bast – Baška Voda vineyards, Makarska vineyards. Already upon its first appearance at the GAST 2009 Fair, it won gold medal as the finest Pošip. It also won the Decanter 2009 silver medal. Bright, straw-golden wine which heavily and densely rolls in a glass where it leaves a thick trace. 13.1% alcohol. Full-bodied, rich flavour with characteristic dry apricot and fig aroma. |

Opol Rose 0.75l / Hvar/ Wine produced from red grapes through a process that is used for white grapes. Fast grape processing and controlled fermentation (14-17˚C). It ages for one year in stainless steel tanks until bottling. 12-12.5% alcohol, 5.2-5.5 g/L acid. Ripe and fruity cherry aroma. Fresh fragrance, smooth structure and pleasant astringent finish. |

Zlatan Plavac 0.75l /Hvar/ Wine produced from Plavac Mali grape variety, it ages in big wooden barrels (40.96.130 hl capacity), in stainless steel for one year and, after bottling, for 4 more months in bottles. Dark ruby wine with rich and pleasant structure and long aftertaste. It links the traditional drink of fishermen and labourers and an inevitable detail of the finest tables. |

Zlatan Plavac Barrique 0.75l /Hvar/ Wine produced from Plavac Mali grape variety from the southern areas of Hvar. The aging process combines one year to a year and a half in old and new barrique barrels (225 L capacity) and 6 more months in bottles after bottling. The wine features rich structure with a light animal tone and dry plum, cherry and chocolate aroma. Distinctive southern character. |

Zlatan Plavac Grand Cru /Hvar / The wine is produced from carefully handpicked grapes from the best and oldest areas of the southern parts of Hvar. Average yield per vine is 0.5 kg. It ages in new barrique barrels with a capacity of 225 L. The process combines French, American and Croatian barrels after which it ages in bottles for 6 more months. Dark ruby wine with rich and complex aroma which leaves the scent of dry plums and vanilla. Rich and strong tannin structure and passionate aftertaste which lasts for a long time. |

Zlatan Crljenak 0.75l /Hvar/ This wine is produced from Crljenak Kaštelanski grape variety. It is an old Dalmatian variety which proved to be a local variety after many years of genetic-ampelographic research. Outside Croatia, it is known as Zinfandell and it enjoys great popularity among enologists and wine lovers. Zlatan otok d.o.o. winery was among the first to recognize the potential and significance of this variety. Plavac Mali, the most important Dalmatian red wine, was created by spontaneous crossing of Crljenak and Dobričić. This is the FIRST wine marked as top-quality wine on the market of Croatia, its homeland. Intense ruby in colour. 14.5% alcohol with distinctive varietal aroma that varies from discreet floral to powerful fruity fragrance. |

Fruit brandies and liqueurs
Perković brandies include a range of twelve tasty brandies and liqueurs which seek to provide first-class gourmet experience. In a very short period of time, Perković’s quality products have become a recognizable brand on the Croatian market and beyond.
HONEY LIQUEUR
Honey liqueur is one of the oldest liqueurs and alcoholic beverages in general. In addition to unique taste, it also features healing properties. We have created the special quality of Perković honey liqueur with 330g/l of finest acacia honey and the addition of a mixture of top-quality wines, Chardonnay and green Sylvaner. We have supplemented the taste with lemon crust and coriander.
“MORLAČKA KRV” (MORLAČKA BLOOD)
The marasca cherry liqueur is based on apple brandy. It is widely known and praised for its taste of pure cherry and slight almond bitterness. This liqueur is composed of a spectrum of different flavours which follow one another and it will surely satisfy the hedonist in you!
BLUEBERRY LIQUEUR
We have macerated fresh blueberries brought from Risnjak in fine apple brandy which, in that way, took over their aroma, exquisite fragrance and healing properties. In each bottle, we have left a couple of blueberries so that they would complete your gourmet experience!
WALNUT LIQUEUR
This slightly bitter liqueur was created by macerating handpicked green walnuts from the Dalmatian Zagora area in fine apple brandy. With the addition of sugar and several spices, Perković walnut brandy has kept the complete aroma of pure and natural walnut as well as all of its beneficial properties. It is best served with milk or whipped cream.
LEMONS
This splendid liqueur is prepared from whole lemons macerated in apple brandy with the addition of acacia honey and spices. Its freshness comes from lemon juice and its slight bitterness from lemon crust so that this liqueur contains all the healing properties of lemon.
PLUM BRANDY
Plum brandy is one of the best known brandies of this region and is often used as a synonym for brandy in general. We have produced traditional, quality Perković plum brandy by means of modern technology and the action of the top-quality yeast.
HERB BRANDY
Perković herb brandy is made from ten sorts of Dalmatian medicinal herbs amongst which the main are sage, fennel, wormwood, St. John’s wort, common centaury and valerian. The herb distillate is mixed with fine apple brandy and this provides the herb brandy with its specific and tasty aroma which makes it special.
CAROB BRANDY
Through several months of aging in the finest apple brandy, the richness of the carob pods’ aroma is extracted and the well-known crystal brown colour is retained. With this process, we have also kept the carob’s beneficial effect on digestion and it is especially recommended as a digestive.
WILLAISMS PEAR BRANDY
Perković’s unique and well-known pear brandy is made from the pure Williams pear, the so-called pearl among pears. This top-quality brandy is made from excellent fresh fruits, through strictly controlled fermentation under the action of carefully picked fruit yeast after which fine distillation takes place. The brandy must then stand still for one year before it is released for sale.
FIG BRANDY
Perković fig brandy is very special since it is one of the rare brandies on market produced from the distillation of pure figs without adding other fruits. This long-lasting and demanding process has resulted in a special brandy rich in fig aroma. We have achieved its recognizable golden-yellow colour through subsequent maceration of dry figs in the already made brandy.
MARASCHINO
Maraschino is the first alcoholic herbal liqueur and the most famous alcoholic beverage prepared already in the Middle Ages. Perković Maraschino is prepared according to an original recipe with marasca cherry from the area of Zadar. However, what distinguishes it from the original maraschino is apple brandy which serves as an alcoholic base by which we achieve an even fuller and richer taste of this exquisite liqueur.
ELIXIR
Perković Elixir is a naturally bitter liqueur prepared according to a recipe by monks of the Franciscan monastery in Samobor already in the 16th century. It contains 12 sorts of medicinal herbs collected in the area of Žumberak and Samoborsko gorje which make this liqueur an “elixir of life”.
