In the special atmosphere of Olive Tree, an elegant a la carte restaurant, you can embark on a gastronomic journey through enchanting offers, which range from local Dalmatian to international specialties, and provide your palate with superb moments of hedonism.
The breathtaking Mediterranean world will spoil all your senses on Dalmatian music theme nights, which are organised at the restaurant twice a week. Your delight in the most delicious specialties prepared according to traditional Dalmatian-Mediterranean recipes will be followed by the sounds of mandolin , guitar and traditional Dalmatian song -Klapa.
On guests’ request, we are also ready to offer and prepare special dishes such as: Dalmatian fish and meat prepared under a baking lid (peka), brodetto or Dalmatian pašticada, a stewed beef dish. We also organise formal lunches and dinners for up to 80 persons.If you wish to relax completely and enjoy our cuisine, great choice of wines as well as traditional brandies, liquors and aperitifs produced in a completely traditional way under the watchful eye of the Perković family, we also provide a completely free transport service to and from the Olive Tree restaurant.
Our gastronomic offer is supplemented by the liquid gold of the Mediterranean – extra virgin olive oil – Torkul, an original, protected and certified product from the island of Korčula, as well as by a splendid list of oils.
From April 2012 the Restaurant has Wine Cellar where you can in joy in wine tasting
