1. Prices
All the prices on our website are shown in Croatian Kuna and include VAT. The sojourn tax and accident insurance are not included in the price, but may be seen in the price-list. All the offers listed in foreign currencies are for informational purposes only.
2. Booking
Bookings can be made by e-mail, fax or phone. In the case a booking is made by phone, it is necessary to send a written booking afterwards for our records.
In order to confirm a booking, a deposit needs to be paid otherwise the booking will not be confirmed. The deposit can be paid by transferring money into the following bank account:

The deposit will be increased due to bank costs or online payments, and the amount will vary depending on the deposit amount. Once your payment is received, we will send you all the necessary documents concerning your vacation (booking confirmation and deposit receipt).
3. Booking Cancellation and Deposit Refund Conditions
a) Booking Cancellation up to 15 days prior to your arrival will be charged at the value of a one nights stay (confirmed by the booking)
b) Booking Cancellation within 15 days prior to your arrival will be charged at the value of two nights stay (confirmed by the booking)
c) In the case a guest does not arrive;
1. The hotel is obligated to save the booking until 11 a.m. the following day and will contact the customer in written form.
2. If the customer does not arrive after the above mentioned option expires, he will be charged 50% of the total booking fee. Bookings made during high season will be fully charged.
The guest will be notified in written form about credit card charge and payment link.
d) Changing the conditions of a confirmed booking is possible at an extra charge depending on the conditions under which it was made (discounts, special offer, length of stay, etc.)
e) Early booking cancellation during your stay;
- Leaving 1 day earlier; the booking fee will be fully charged
- Leaving more than 1 day earlier; 25% of the total amount of the remaining booking fee is extra charged
5. Privacy and Personal Data Collection Statement
We are obligated to protect our customers’ personal data, and we only gather the essential, basic data about customers/users necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations. We inform our customers about the way we use the collected data and frequently provide them with a possibility to choose how their data will be used, including if they wish their name to be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All the user data is strictly confidential and available only to employees who need it to perform their job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for complying with privacy protection rules.
