Airport Transfers
Airport Transfers are available. Please look on the main page of the website under “Excursions” for pricing.
Beach Facilities
All guests are welcome to use the hotel beach equipment such as: deck chairs and umbrellas free of charge. There is also a beach bar for the uninterrupted enjoyment of our guests. For additional information please contact out staff.
Since the Villa Andrea is only a few meters away from the beach, we kindly ask you to obey the following rules when visiting the beach and returning to the hotel:
- Entrance to the Restaurant and other common rooms in the hotel is not permitted to guests who are still wet from swimming. This is for the own safety of the guest as well as other guests in the hotel and hotel staff.
- Entrance to and passage through the restaurant and terrace is not permitted to guests wearing only swim suits.
- Hotel blankets and towels are not to be taken to the beach.
- Beach equipment should be left in the spaces provided in the garage.
Beauty Centre
The hotel also contains a beauty centre. For additional information such as working hours or to book an appointment, please inquire with Reception.
Car Parking
The hotel has its own cap parking, which is included in the room rate. Please leave your car keys with Reception in the case your car needs to be moved when other cars are leaving. If you are not able to leave your car keys with Reception, we kindly ask you to park your car at one of the town car parks. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to your car in the car parking of hotel garage. Due to the arrangement of the garage, please inform Reception of your intention to go out with the car a half day in advance.
Check-In
Check-In time if from 2:00pm onward.
Check-Out
Please check out of your room by 11:00am. There is a left luggage room at the Reception area should you need to use it. We wish you a pleasant journey back home!
Complaints Book
A complaints book is located at the Reception area.
Damage
The guest is obliged to pay for any damage caused in the room when settling the room bill.
Electricity
The voltage in the guest rooms and throughout the hotel is 220V. For electrical appliances from outside Europe, a power converter may be necessary.
Entertainment
The notice board in Reception has information about the current events in the town. You can also find information about all the programs and daily activities going on. Join and Enjoy!
Excursions
You can obtain information about excursions to nearby places, towns and islands as well as information about rafting, scuba diving courses, tennis and other sporting activities from Reception as well as make bookings for the above.
Hotel Identification Card
Upon arrival at the reception desk, you will receive your personal hotel identification card. This card can be used to charge all your meals and drinks which are consumed in our restaurant and bar to your room. This card also serves as proof that you are a hotel guest when using your half board or full board menu plan.
Internet Corner
Should you wish to check your e-mail or catch up with the latest news online, you can do so 24/7 at our Internet Corner located in the Hotel Lobby. To use the Internet Corner, please ask our reception staff for assistance.
Laundry
Should you require laundry service during your stay, please place your clothes in the laundry bag provided, fill out the attached form (the price list is also attached) and leave the full bag in your room and housekeeping will take care of it for you. Under normal circumstances, your laundry will be returned the next day.
Leaving Your Room
When leaving your room, please close the balcony door as well as the door to your room. Each time you leave the hotel, please leave your room key with Reception.
Lunch Boxes
Should you wish to go on an excursion, you can order a lunch box with Reception. Please make your order a day in advance and no later than 6:30pm. You will be given your lunch box the following morning at the restaurant.
Medical Assistance
Should you need any medical assistance, please contact Reception and our staff will call an ambulance or direct you to the nearest physician.
Mini-Bar
The mini-bar is your room is for your personal consumption.
Paying for Food and Drinks
Your room can be charged for all consumption of food and drinks found in our restaurant and bar. If you wish to make the charges to your room, please show your personal hotel identification card.
Pets
For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Reception
The Reception area is open 24 hours a day and is at your disposal for any information you may need.
Reporting a Malfunction
Please report any malfunction or breakdown to Reception.
Restaurant
Our restaurant offers;
Breakfast ( also like a -la-cart service) 7:30-11h
Snacks ( krosans, pizza, sandwich, cake ...) 7:30-18h
Dinner ( half board) 17-18:30 or 18:30-20:30h
A-la carte service 15-24h
Please do not take food out of the restaurant, you may be charged for it.
Room Service
We offer room service for breakfast (8:00am – 11:00am) and dinner (6:00pm – 10:00pm) at an additional cost. You can order your breakfast and dinner to your room by calling Reception (100).
Safety
Please do not bring flammable and explosive items into the hotel. The use of irons and kettles is prohibited.
Safety Deposit Box
Your room has a safety deposit box for the protection of your valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any losses of valuables that have not been locked in the safety deposit box.
Settling Your Bill
On the day of your departure there may be delays due to several guests checking in or out at the same time. We suggest you settle your bill the afternoon before your departure and any drinks or meals you take afterwards can be paid directly in the service area. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in our entire hotel and guests rooms.
Telephone
There is a direct telephone line in your room. Use of the telephone will be recorded automatically on your room bill.
Tips
The friendliness of our staff does not depend on your tips. However, the staff will be grateful for a token of appreciation for their service. Any tip is at your complete discretion.
TV
The hotel has a satellite TV system; the list of channels is located on your TV set.
Visitation Policy
Outside visitors are not allowed to visit hotel guests in their rooms. Should you wish to meet your friends, please use the hotel’s reception, bar and restaurant.
Wakeup Calls
You can request a wakeup call with Reception.
